Brand new website!

Is there ever a good time to start a new website? Not really.

But this week is particularly ridiculous.

Today and tomorrow I am going through comments from my beta readers, and making the final edits and proofs on my latest novel, Heart Shaped Spotlight.

During "breaks", I’m writing Making Up Love - #9 in the Insta Love Shy Girl Romance series. While I am finishing those two projects, I've been making notes for the five part summer love novella series that will be starting in a few weeks.

Is that not enough? Of course not. I'm also sketching out a short insta love romance that will be free for my email list subscribers.

Needless to say, housework has been shoved aside this week.

In order for an indie author to gain any traction, apparently they need a website so that they look official. I sort of thought that having 16 romance books under my belt already made me look a tiny bit official. But who really knows how these things work. I just write sweet, steamy, breathlessly romantic stories.

Someday I will have enough money to hire a proper marketing person. Until then, hopefully you'll be entertained by my occasional ramblings, and forgive the odd mistake as I cobbled this new website together.

Oh yes... that giant mug is from Wawa, Ontario, home of the 28 ft tall goose sculpture. I figured that was a good place to get a huge mug that would help me consume enough coffee and tea to properly fuel my writing.
